panOULU WLAN is a wireless city network realised with WLAN technology and it is provided by the panOULU consortium. It offers an open and free Internet connection within its coverage area.

panOULU WLAN network has ca 1050 WLAN access points at the moment. They offer an efficient short range data transfer which enables a functioning interaction with the Ubiquitous Oulu.
